• Online booking of medical consultations
• Video or phone consultations with licensed doctors
• Secure payment processing

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service only for legitimate medical consultation purposes
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of consultation sessions
• Pay the agreed fees for services rendered

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our service:

• Does not replace emergency medical services - call 112 or 999 for emergencies
• Is not suitable for life-threatening conditions
• Provides general medical advice and consultations only
• May require in-person follow-up based on doctor's assessment

5. Payment Terms

All payments are:

• Processed securely through Stripe
• Due at the time of booking
• Non-refundable unless the doctor cancels the consultation
• Subject to our cancellation policy

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for full refund
• Late cancellations may be charged the full consultation fee
• Doctor cancellations will result in full refund or free rebooking

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Hello Doctor Ireland.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hello Doctor Ireland is not liable for:

• Technical issues affecting consultation quality
• Actions or advice of independent medical professionals
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or privacy breaches beyond our control

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
